NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

The sole “Sponsor/Promoter” of the Sweepstakes is Rebet, Inc. (“Rebet”) – 401 Ryland St, STE 200-A, Reno, Nevada 89502. All Sweepstakes Games are administered by Rebet.

Rebet gives away sweepstakes entries referred to as “Rebet Cash” as set out in these Sweepstakes Rules. Rebet Cash can be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to accumulate eligible Rebet Cash that can be redeemed for cash and prizes subject to the terms of these Rules.

PARTICIPANTS IN THE SWEEPSTAKES MUST REGISTER AND MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT WITH REBET AND ACCEPT THE Terms of Use, WHICH IN TURN INCORPORATE AND APPLY TO THESE RULES. THESE RULES GOVERN AND CONTROL THE SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY REBET AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF THE TERMS OF USE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES INCORPORATE SECTION 24 OF THE Terms of Use, WHICH INCLUDE A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING YOU TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME.

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    1. Rebet Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents located in the states of the United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever occurs later) at the time of entry. Additional rules regarding eligibility apply (e.g. see Section 1.3). PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
    2. A person who participates in the Sweepstakes is a “Participant.”
    3. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.
    4. Participation constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstakes Rules and Sponsor’s/Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
    5. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Sweepstakes Rules.
    6. Employees of Rebet, any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
    7. If a Participant is, in the Sponsor/Promoter's best judgment, determined to have participated in unethical behavior, the Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to limit or exclude the Participant from the Sweepstakes.
    8. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes as set forth in these Rules begins on the first day of the current month at 12:00:00 a.m. EST and is scheduled to end on the last day of the current month at 11:59:59 p.m. EST.
  2. SPONSOR/PROMOTER
    1. The Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes is Rebet, Inc. – 401 Ryland St, STE 200-A, Reno, Nevada 89502.
    2. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, responsible for conducting, or involved with the Sweepstakes in any manner.
  3. HOW TO COLLECT REBET CASH FOR FREE
    1. To Participate, you must have an active Customer Account. If you do not have a Customer Account, you can create one free of charge by downloading our mobile application. To enter the Sweepstakes, a Participant must sign into their Customer Account.
    2. Once Participants have accessed their Customer Account, there are four potential ways for an eligible Participant to collect Rebet Cash:
      1. Receive Rebet Cash as a free bonus when purchasing Rebet Coins. Each Participant may receive Rebet Cash as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked offers of Rebet Coins. Rebet Coins can be used for Freemium Play on the Rebet Platform. Rebet Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes. The number of Rebet Cash a Participant will receive as a bonus for each relevant Rebet Coin purchase will be stated in the website purchase window. All purchases of Rebet Coins are final and no refunds will be given.
      2. Receive Rebet Cash when entering Rebet Cash no-cost giveaway contests on the Rebet social channels. The Sponsor/Promoter may hold regular Rebet Cash no-cost giveaway contests which Participants can enter by following the instructions provided in the contest. These giveaways may require sharing social media posts or answering various game related questions to be eligible for entry. The amount of Rebet Cash given away will be stated on the applicable Rebet Cash no-cost contest post and will be credited to each contest winner’s Customer Account.
      3. Receive Rebet Cash Automatically. Participants will receive 0.5 of free Rebet Cash automatically every time their Rebet Cash balance becomes 0. Participants will only begin receiving Rebet Cash automatically after their Customer Account has been verified to our satisfaction.
      4. Win Rebet Cash by Winning Sweepstakes Games. Participants with Rebet Cash can use their Rebet Cash to play sweepstakes games for a chance to win additional Rebet Cash.
    3. The amount of Rebet Cash a Participant has will be displayed in their Customer Account on the website or mobile application. The amount of Rebet Cash to be allocated to Participants can be changed at any time by the Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.
    4. In the event of a dispute as to any registration of a Customer Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the Customer Account will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
    5. Use of any automated or other system(s) to Participate, to acquire Rebet Cash or play the games is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility to Participate in the games.
    6. Rebet Cash are only valid for 365 days from the date a Participant last logged on to their Customer Account and will then automatically expire.
    7. Rebet Cash may also be forfeited if a Participant’s Customer Account is closed for any reason, including at the Sponsor/Promoter’s discretion.
  4. USING REBET CASH TO PLAY GAMES
    1. Rebet Cash can be used to play sweepstakes games on the Rebet Platform for a chance to win additional Rebet Cash. Only games played with Rebet Cash provide the opportunity to win additional Rebet Cash. Rebet Cash accumulated through game play can be redeemed for cash and prizes of monetary value in accordance with these Rules.
    2. Once a Participant has logged into the Participant’s Customer Account and selected a bet or game, the Participant will be able to select either Rebet Cash or Rebet Coins. Once in the Rebet Cash sweepstakes mode, the Participant will be able to use Rebet Cash to play the games. The amount of Rebet Cash the Participant stands to win will be displayed on the Platform.
    3. Rebet Cash possess no real monetary value and may only be used to request a prize redemption to be approved and processed by the Sponsor/Promoter. Approval is subject to Participant completing all verifications to confirm eligibility and adherence to all Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use of the Platform.
    4. The use of automated or systematic methods of play to win, and/or redeem Rebet Cash for cash and prizes are strictly prohibited. Utilizing methods such as utilizing multiple accounts and identities, referring oneself to earn additional Rebet Cash, and other collusive methods are not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of Rebet Cash, in the sole discretion of Rebet.
    5. Sponsor’s/Promoter’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the game and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
    6. Redemption. Rebet Cash that have been won through game play (rather than collected using one of the other methods described in Section 3.2(a) – (c) above) and are accumulated by Participant may be redeemed for a prize. Rebet Cash obtained by any method in Section 3.2(a)-(c) are not immediately available for redemption of a prize and must be used at least once in a Sweepstakes (Rebet Cash) game before they shall be considered eligible toward a prize redemption request. Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, require that any Rebet Cash allocated to a Participant under any method in Section 3.2(a)-(c) must be used more than one time in any combination of Rebet Cash games before they are eligible to be redeemed.
    7. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to change the prize win rates and payout odds of any of the games at any time. A Participant can obtain the actual and any amended details of any game at the point of entering an amount to play in the game. It is a Participant’s responsibility to check the prize available on each occasion before they participate.
  5. ODDS OF WINNING
    1. Odds of winning will vary for each bet or game and will be published by the Sponsor/Promoter, visible to all Participants, on the Platform.
    2. The Participant will choose the bet or game and will use Rebet Cash to play, and their win expectancy (odds of winning a Prize) will be a function of these choices.
  6. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS
    1. POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR/PROMOTER (IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE) AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR/PROMOTER ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE SWEEPS RULES AND BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR/PROMOTER WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
    2. Participant must successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Verification process provided by the Sponsor/Promoter to validate eligibility to participate before redeeming any prize. This may include, but is not limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address, and validation of SSN.
    3. Potential prize winners must comply with these Sweepstakes Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
    4. A potential prize winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor/Promoter, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize (if applicable).
    5. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return any required affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with these Sweepstakes Rules, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize.
  7. PRIZES
    1. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE OR A SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE REDEMPTION:
      1. A PARTICIPANT MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF AND LOCATED IN THE STATES OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING IDAHO AND NEVADA);
      2. THE PARTICIPANT’S DETAILS MUST MATCH THOSE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S ACCOUNT.
    2. The maximum redemption of a prize won by a single Participant during any Sweepstakes Period (“Maximum Redemption”) is limited to the value of US $5,000 in New York or Florida per Sweepstakes Period. Any requested Redemption in excess of the value of US $5,000 in New York or Florida per Sweepstakes Period will not be paid to the Participant during the period, but must be deferred until the next Sweepstakes Period.
    3. The minimum redemption of a prize which may be requested by a Participant during any Sweepstakes Period (“Minimum Redemption”) shall be ten (10) eligible Rebet Cash accumulated in your Customer Account as to which the activity necessary for redemption has been satisfied, which currently corresponds to a $10.00 prize redemption request. Any requested redemption less than the Minimum Redemption shall not be permitted via the Platform or paid to the Participant.
    4. We reserve the right to charge handling and/or payment processing fees for processing the redemption of Prizes.
    5. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit a Participant’s redemption of Rebet Cash to the value of USD $5,000 per week. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
    6. Participant shall solely be responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or fees associated with any prize redemption. Participants are responsible for remittance of all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or redemption and should consult their accounting or tax experts for any assistance.
    7. Rebet Cash are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s/Promoter’s sole discretion. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to substitute the listed prize of equal or greater value for any reason owing to circumstances outside Sponsor’s/Promoter’s reasonable control.
    8. Prize winners must request the release of their Prize solely through the Platform.
  8. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE
    1. By Participating, each Participant agrees to:
      1. comply with and be bound by:
        1. the Terms of Use, including without limitation, any ethical provisions as set forth in the Terms of Use;
        2. these Sweepstakes Rules; and
        3. the decisions of the Sponsor/Promoter which are binding and final .
      2. release and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the Released Parties) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, and exploitation or use of entry.
  9. PUBLICITY
    1. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Participant’s consent to Sponsor’s/Promoter’s and its agents’ use of Participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.
  10. WINNER’S LIST
    1. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Participant’s consent to Sponsor’s/Promoter’s and its agents’ use of Participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.
    2. For a list of winners during a Sweepstakes Period within a year from the date of request, send a request in writing by mail, specify the Month and Year requested (one Sweepstakes Period per request), and enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

  11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    1. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules, or any part of the Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s/Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.
    2. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Sweepstakes Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
    3. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s/Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Sweepstakes Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    4. In all other cases, the Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and/or modification will be posted on the Platform at www.rebet.app.
    5. Whenever we amend these Sweepstakes Rules in a way that would limit your current rights or which may be to your detriment, we will notify you upon your next visit to the Platform and you will be required to re-confirm your acceptance prior to participating in any Promotional Play. If you do not agree to the amended Sweepstakes Rules, you may not participate in any Promotional Play.
    6. In the event of modifying the Sweepstakes, a Participant’s continued enrollment and/or participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
    7. If for any reason a Participant’s Rebet Cash or winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant’s sole remedy is replacement by Sponsor/Promotor of an equivalent amount of Rebet Cash.
  12. DISPUTES
    1. Sections 20 (Initial Dispute Resolution Procedure) and 21 (Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Agreement) of the Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these Sweepstakes Rules, you agree to be bound by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in Sections 20 and 21 of the Terms of Use.
  13. OTHER
    1. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion to all Participants, the Sponsor/Promoter may post updates/communications on its Instagram page.
    2. Any Participant posting or seen to be posting comments on Sponsor’s/Promoter’s Instagram page or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other Participants, players and fans of Rebet or directly aimed at the Sponsor/Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to alert Instagram to any such behavior.
  14. PARTICIPANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
    1. Information collected from Participants is subject to the Sponsor’s/Promoter’s Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.rebet.app/privacy-policy.
  15. EXTENDED MEANINGS; CURRENCY; FORCE MAJEURE
    1. Unless otherwise specified in these Sweepstakes Rules, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing gender include all genders. All dollar amounts referred to in these Official Rules are in lawful money of the United States of America. Sponsor is not responsible for any damages caused by delay or failure to perform undertakings pursuant to these Official Rules when the delay or failure is due to weather, event cancellations, fires, strikes, floods, acts of God or the state’s enemies, lawful acts of public authorities, delays or defaults caused by common carriers, or other events that cannot reasonably be foreseen or provided against.
